Foodhouse Collaborates with Lancaster Bangkok to Elevate Western Dining Experiences Inspired by Hotel Flavors

Foodhouse continues to elevate food experiences through a collaboration with Lancaster Bangkok, a luxury hotel in Bangkok, to enhance western and European menus by adapting hotel-inspired flavors and culinary concepts into food services across various business sectors.

This collaboration is led by Mr. Martin Hurley, General Manager of Lancaster Bangkok. Together with Executive Chef Stephen Jean Dion, who shared their culinary perspectives and hotel dining experience with the Foodhouse team.

During the Training and Food Testing sessions, chefs from Lancaster Bangkok worked closely with the Foodhouse team on food preparation techniques, portion control, plating, and taste testing to ensure the menus remain approachable, flavorful, and reflective of western cuisine in a way that suits consumers in Thailand.

The four featured menus include:

  • Chicken Lasagna
  • Pork Meatballs in Tomato Sauce with Mac & Cheese
  • Shepherdess Pie (vegetarian)
  • Pork Milanese

In the initial phase, Foodhouse will introduce these menus within its international school operations to provide students with more variety and a new western dining experience, before expanding into other business sectors in the future.

Foodhouse believes that good food is not only about taste or nutrition, but also about experience, attention to detail, and creating memorable moments in every meal.

This collaboration with Lancaster Bangkok marks another important step for Foodhouse in elevating food experiences and exploring new culinary directions to deliver better dining experiences across all customer groups.
