Foodhouse Catering Services Co., Ltd. has partnered with the Social Innovation Foundation to promote career opportunities for persons with disabilities through the “Door of Opportunity” project. The initiative aims to create employment, income, and long-term stability for people with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Under the concept “A job is not just an occupation, but a space of potential, opportunity, and pride,” Foodhouse has welcomed eight participants from the Collaborative Learning Center for the Development of Persons with Disabilities in Thailand’s Southern Border Provinces to join the company in various roles. The participants are given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and develop their professional abilities in a friendly and inclusive workplace environment.
This project reflects Foodhouse’s commitment to fostering a more inclusive society—one that values capability over limitation. It also empowers persons with disabilities to stand on their own, earn a sustainable income, support their families, and live with dignity.
The “Eight Voices of Opportunity” from the participants are living proof that opportunity can truly transform lives. When society opens its heart, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Foodhouse extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Social Innovation Foundation for being a vital partner in bringing this project to life. The company remains dedicated to continuing its mission of building a society rooted in equality—where every meal prepared by Foodhouse carries with it the essence of opportunity and happiness shared with everyone, every day.
