On 17 March 2026, Thalang Technical College took a significant step in advancing professional education by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Foodhouse Catering Services Co., Ltd. (Foodhouse), a leading food service management company in Thailand. The collaboration aims to enhance practical learning, develop culinary and food service curricula, and provide students with opportunities to gain real-world professional experience in industry settings.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Kochakorn Bussaraphorn, Director of Thalang Technical College, together with the college’s management team including Ms. Yossarin Kongkaew and Ms. Srisopha Kooprapanpong, Deputy Directors of Thalang Technical College. Also present were Ms. Patcharawadee Jongkraichak, Head of the Food and Nutrition Department, along with faculty members from the department including Mr. Adisorn Thanimphorn, Ms. Supawadee Chaikarn, and Mr. Amorn Plaokhuhar, who jointly support this important collaboration to elevate educational quality and develop skilled professionals for the food service industry.
This partnership marks an important milestone in vocational education development, focusing on bridging classroom knowledge with real industry experience. It aims to prepare students to become competent professionals equipped with the skills demanded by the labor market.
